The project inquiry form on this site asks for your name, email address, company name, the service you're interested in, your preferred timeline, and a project brief. When you submit the form, your browser opens a pre-filled email addressed to info@diviontech.com using your own email application — the details are sent directly from your device to our inbox, not stored on our servers by the website itself.

If you email us directly instead, we receive and store whatever information is contained in that message and any replies, for as long as needed to respond to you and keep a reasonable business record of the conversation.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information for every visit — such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use this only for security, troubleshooting, and understanding overall site performance.
